Strength Training + General Fitness

Morgan has experience working with a wide variety of clients, from busy professionals trying to make fitness a part of their daily routine, to athletes looking to enhance their performance through functional training and conditioning, to those beginning their fitness journeys for the first time ever. Applying an adaptable approach to fitness, Morgan works closely with her clients to create a custom plan that is appropriately challenging, engaging, and progressive based on each person’s specific goals and backgrounds.

Run Coaching (Long Distance)

With experience as a marathoner herself, Morgan is skilled at helping athletes reach their full potential through evidence based programming and informed coaching. She is a certified run coach through the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA) and is passionate about staying on top of the latest research to best serve her athletes. She is committed to helping athletes of all experience levels improve their performance, all while creating a healthy and sustainable relationship with racing and long-distance training. Nutrition Coaching

Any healthy lifestyle is not complete without a well-balanced and well-informed diet. Morgan is a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM) and is equipped to help clients develop sustainable nutritional habits that align with their goals, whether that be weight loss, weight gain, or simply creating healthier habits.
